More and more realtors are using drones to get a unique visual perspective on the properties that they are listing. In addition to the unique perspective, drones are also enabling better and more accurate appraisals to properties because they can see things about the land and structures that can’t be seen on the ground. Drones are also great for visual inspections that would otherwise take longer and cost more to do via the traditional methods.
