Have you heard about DJI’s obstacle avoidance technology in its newest quadcopter, the Phantom 4? It uses two small cameras in the front of the drone to detect and avoid anything in front of it. When I first got the drone, I was a bit skeptical about whether this would actually work or not. In this video, I test the obstacle avoidance and show what conditions it works well under and which it does not.
