The telephone and cellular phone provider giant AT&T is testing the use of drones to improve LTE cellular data signals. The idea is that drones can be used to fill in signals in areas where there is not a signal or where existing towers get overloaded. If you have ever been to a festival where there are thousands of people, you know how cellular data signals can diminish. Drones make it possible to turn up the signal on demand.
